Think of it: you can drag and drop anything that interests you from any webpage into the Notemark, and it's instantly saved– text, photos, links, banner ads, even entire pages. The Notemark lets you create folders to organize all of your web stuff, and has built-in features such as email, favorites, screen capture and more, to allow you to share all of your web experiences with your closest friends. You can even add notes to each file, tag and rate anything you save, or set yourself a follow-up reminder with our built-in calendar.

Select what you want on any website– URL, a photo, text, a special link, an ad, the entire page– and
drag and drop it into the Notemark grid or folder of your choice.
Just click the folder button
on the Notemark toolbar to open the slide out File Drawer. Select "New Folder" from the top of the drawer. Name it and you're ready to drop your content in for quick organization.

Sharing the cool stuff you find is key to the Notemark. Just choose any saved file, or even an entire folder, and click on the email button
on your Notemark. The Notemark will open your email and auto-populate the selected information into the body of your email message. Email is only one of the functions we've bundled into the Notemark to make it your one-stop web tool.

Yes. Just click the i button at the bottom right hand corner of the application and choose Change Look. Browse our catalogue of designer and brand skins or choose from a large catalog of Notemark originals.

The Notewindow is where you view and edit all of your saved stuff. To get there, double click on any file in your grid or click the Notewindow button
in the desktop application. Anything you've saved with the Notemark can be edited, tagged, rated, printed and emailed in the Notewindow. You can even add notes to every file, or set yourself a reminder with our built in calendar.

Currently, the Notemark is only available for the PC and will run on both XP and Vista operating systems. The Mac version will be released shortly after our public PC launch. The Notemark is a Java Application, so make sure your browser has the latest Java plug-in, which can be downloaded from
http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp.
The Notemark officially supports drag and drop saving from Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Make sure to have
Java Runtime Plug-in installed on your system.

We display relevant ads in the Notewindow to help offset development and support costs. It also allows us to continually upgrade
and improve our software to deliver the best user experience possible. Additionally, it means that when you select any of our partner skins &nspace; including charitable organizations,
non-profits and special causes – they'll share in the ad revenue generated by the Notemark.
Proprietary relevancy technology simply looks at the public information from the URL of the Notemark's source website. Each time
a new item is "notemarked," or a new Notewindow is opened, new ads are served in real time to provide the most relevant user experience possible.
Your privacy is of the utmost concern to us. Our application never tracks or monitors your Web use, or deciphers anything on
your hard drive. The Notemark uses non-personally identifiable information to determine the ads that appear in your Notewindow. No private or public information is "spidered" or
crawled for categorization like a blog or user-generated content page might be.
Like other companies that give away their products or services for free (Yahoo!, AOL's Instant Messenger, Google, etc.), we
need to offset the cost of doing business – simply because we don't charge anything to download and use the Notemark. Since the Notemark is a software application that is supported by
advertising, then it can technically be considered ad-supported software.
The Notemark never serves ads when it's not being used, and it does not install, affect or influence any of your other applications or computer settings.
